    Key Responsibilities:

    • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to effectively position our software solutions.
    • Customer Support: Provide post-sales support and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
    • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, track performance metrics, and report on sales progress to management.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and technical teams to align sales strategies and provide feedback for product improvements.
