Job Description

Calendar management for Director Aid Director in preparing for meetings Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of Director Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives Liaison and follow up with staff, clients, suppliers Managing Directors electronic diary, meetings and records To prepare minutes of meeting and executive summary Good interpersonal skills and should maintain confidentiality and secrecy Keeping record of minutes of meetings Follow up with concerned persons as per the points discussed in meetings Daily discussion with MD regarding pending matters and reminders Share due payment report and pending list with concerned team Responsible for office and Directors utility bills payment Letters and Emails drafting for directors or other staff members as and when required Renewal of yearly memberships and related work Prepare itinerary, travel schedule and hotel reservation and prepare cost estimate Build and sustain good working relationships with all company executives / managers and external suppliers and customers Render support and inputs for all office purchases and facilitate decision making. Pre-meeting preparations, collation of data and relevant information for the same. Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with clients on behalf of the Top Management General Reporting and MIS Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents Uphold a strict level of confidentiality Organization branding including digital and social media presence Experience 2 - 4 Years Salary 2 Lac To 2 Lac 50 Thousand P.A.
