Job Description

    Leading dairy product companywith over 1 lakh+ retailers, 1000+ distributors across 23+ states of India, is looking for candidate as follows,Designation: National Head Mini Modern TradeLocation: Surat. You can work remotely if you dont want to relocate to Surat.Experience: 13+ yearsSalary: No bar, for right candidate.JD for National Head - MMT:1. All the KAMs across country will be reporting into National MMT Head2. Responsible for strategizing & planning of business from mini-MT vertical of Vastu Ghee3. Responsible for target achievements of all KAMs across country monthly / quarterly / yearly both in terms of no. of stores target and sale target4. Monthly review of all KAMs5. Monthly training of all KAMs6. Target setting, Incentives planning7. Day to Day monitoring of progress & de-growth if any8. Must develop plan towards how to keep a healthy business relationship with the MMT owners and its execution via KAMs is going to be his / her responsibility9. Must plan the periodic get together events with these MMT owners and the respective distributor / SS as per the territory10. Responsible to constantly keep sourcing and appointing the local suppliers (distributor / ss) for these MMT stores11. Has to ensure that there is a extremely smooth amongst all the respective KAMs supplier MMT owners region wise with respect to the orders / dispatch & payments12. Planning & Execution of branding, activities to be done for the visual merchandising its budget projection, allocation approvals13. Responsible for right hiring for KAM positionKRAs:THE KRA for this position can be around following metrics1. Achievement of the annual revenue target from FOCUS 1000 vertical across cities2. Ensuring that the minimal drop out ratio (benchmarking) is achieved across all cities both in terms of store drop outs & distributor as well3. Creating & sustaining the FOCUS 1000 vertical of vastu making it a legit reliant revenue channel equivalent or even stronger than GT4. ROI of investment done in visual merchandising (how to measure specifically in what metric can discussed, but this has to be one of the KRAs)5.
