Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Head for one of Indias leading fashion apparel brand for women. Location : Surat (HO) Experience: 10-14 years The candidate should possess outstanding people skills to manage our personnel and ensure that our human resources programs and initiatives are effective, efficient, and aligned to overall business objectives. Duties for the HR Head will include supervising HR team, dealing with employee grievances and disputes, supporting employee development, enhancing job satisfaction, designing onboarding procedures, implementing HR strategies that support business objectives, forecasting staffing needs, mitigating risk, structuring benefit packages, maintaining employee records, managing budgets, designing accountability mechanisms, and overseeing overall employment needs. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a high work ethic, excellent communication skills, knowledge of labor regulations and HR practices, strategic thinking abilities, strong organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal skills. The exceptional HR director should improve HR processes, implement strategies that support business growth, improve morale and employee retention, enhance safety and wellness, strengthen relations between staff and employers, manage job satisfaction, attract the best recruits, and promote the organizations values. Responsibilities Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety etc. Act to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development etc. Oversee all HR initiatives, systems and tactics Supervise the work of HR personnel and provide guidance Serve as the point of contact for employment relations and communicate with with team effectively Monitor adherence to internal policies. Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required Anticipate and resolve litigation risks Report to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics Requirements and skills Proven experience in forming KRAs and KPIs for the employees and tracking their performances accordingly. Full understanding of the way an organization operates to meet its objective. Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations Thorough knowledge of human resource management and best practices A business acumen partnered with attention to the human element Knowledge of data analysis and reporting Excellent organizational and leadership skills Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
