Job Description

    As an Agency Development Manager, your primary responsibility is to identify, develop, and nurture relationships with agencies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.Responsibilities:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive agency channel strategy aligned with the companys overall business goals and objectives.
    • Identify, recruit, and onboard new agency partners in line with the target market and expansion plans.
    • Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing agency partners, serving as the main point of contact for their needs, inquiries, and concerns.
    • Collaborate with agency partners to understand their business requirements, sales targets, and marketing needs.
    • Provide training, resources, and ongoing support to agency partners to ensure their understanding and effective utilization of the companys products or services.
    Requirements:
    • Any Graduate
    • Min 1.5 to 3 years experience in field/marketing/sales
    • CTC Up to 4.50 LPA + Incentives + Benefits
    • Excellent time management skills.
    • Great Network abilities.
