Job Description

    Marketing HeadAbout the jobTo maximize business development and brand identification, strategically plan all marketing actions (included below) through planning, sourcing, executing, and reviewing. Place the brand identity in stakeholders minds in a way that is consistent with the long-term vision and brand personality, the candidate holding this role will need to create a marketing pull toward the companys products.1) Lead generation: Produce qualified leads through BTL campaigns, digital marketing, aggregator portals, and other channels in order to provide the brands current sales team with a suitable lead pipeline and to plan for the creation of a bigger funnel for the incoming sales team.2) Branding: Create the desired brand perception among consumers, industry stakeholders, channel partners, influencers, potential/current leads, etc. through enhancing brand visibility through trade marketing such as retail branding, digital marketing such as visibility and engagement. on social media platforms, ad campaigns, google ad words, etc.3) Digital marketing: Increase the brands online visibility by managing the website of the business, optimising it for search engines, developing and implementing social media marketing strategies, creating and managing interactive content, and exploring and maximising all available digital reach and communication options with clients, influencers, leads, channel partners, etc.4) Marketing collaterals: Develop, create, implement, and maintain the necessary marketing POP giving the sales, marketing, and branding team with the most interactive tools possible through print media, videos, product displays, customer testimonials/feedback etc.5) Public Relations: Develop the necessary brand identity by interacting with the necessary communities, including media, ad agencies, publication centres, technical forums, educational institutions, and internet communities.6) BTL initiatives: Create and carry out a variety of events, including exhibitions/trade fairs, naka meetings, in-shop meets, applicator meets, contractor meets, dealer meets, distributor meets, architect meets, engineer meets, builder meets, etc.7) Remarketing: To increase lead conversion ratio, engage leads in numerous ways to encourage lead conversion.8) Promotional plans or activities: Create and implement various promotional, seasonal, cross-selling, or bundle plans to increase sales. Plans must be created and put into action for channel partners, clients, and influencers.9) Industry Research: To strategically plan future business development and marketing initiatives, the candidate must be well-versed in the market and the various forces exercised by the competitors.
