Description:Job Responsibilities: Plan && Execute channel marketing programs for sales growth and revenue enhancement. Planning and execution of various brand campaigns in close coordination with PAN Indiamarketing team, regional sales team for planning promotional activities like Events andExhibitions. Responsible for product launch events, dealer meets, trade promotion plans, includingplanning, budgeting, guest list management, venue finalization, within timelines. Conceptualizing and conducting brand building activities for preferred brand store and retailvisibility. Procurement && development of marketing collaterals eg: Banners, Danglers, Leaflets, othermarketing merchandizing and other for specific zone, preparing allotment chart andensuring timely dispatch of the same. Managing stores branding eg: Shutter painting, Sample display, etc. Ensure that customers are up to date with new products and enhancements. Address marketing related issues and conflicts in timely manner. Track industry trends and competitor activities. Work with Sales team in executing marketing plan to support product positioning andbranding initiatives. Inform management on potential competitive threats and propose corrective actions. Monitor and manage expenses within allotted marketing budget.
