Job Description

    Job Summary Varthana is looking for an Assistant Branch Manager who will be driving all business development activities and will beresponsible for revenue generation, cost management, delinquency control, and working towards running thebranch as a profit center. The candidate should be motivating their team members to effectively service thecatchment area and ensure that loans are processed within the defined turnaround time. The Assistant BranchManager will also be responsible for servicing all the customer requirements and building a long-lasting relationshipwith them.Key Role Deliverables
    • Sales Management: Achieving disbursement targets in numbers, volumes & productivity.
    • Marketing Management: Planning and executing marketing campaigns for beyond loan products and generating
    revenue from them. Working towards building a brand image of the company.
    • Relationship Management: Building strong relationships with customers with the help of loan products and
    beyond loan initiatives.
    • Profitability Management: Maintaining & optimizing profitability for the branch through managing costs and
    building a superior quality portfolio.
    • Delinquency Management: Ensuring zero delinquencies for the branch by timely and effective collections.
    • Team Leadership: Should be motivating their team members to achieve their targets and increase productivity.
    The job would require visiting spoke locations for business development; so, regular road travel will be very much apart of the routine.Preferred Profile
    • Minimum Education Qualification: Post Graduation from a reputed institution
    • 3 - 5 years of experience in Retail / SME Sales / Financial Services / Education / MFI / Mortgages / SME loans.
    • Team player and ability to appreciate other peoples perspectives
    • Influential communication skills
    • Self-motivated and able to work independentl.
    • Willing to travel within the city and holding a valid driving license
