You will be responsible for managing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities to ensure the financial health and success of the business. Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning and Analysis:
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making processes.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to senior management on financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement financial best practices to optimize profitability.
• Budgeting and Forecasting:
• Lead the annual budgeting process and collaborate with department heads to develop accurate and achievable financial targets.
• Monitor budget performance throughout the year and provide regular updates to management.
• Prepare rolling forecasts to anticipate future financial trends and challenges.
• Financial Reporting:
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with GAAP standards.
• Analyze financial data and trends to provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
• Cash Flow Management:
• Manage cash flow projections and optimize working capital to meet operational needs.
• Monitor banking activities and coordinate with financial institutions to ensure sufficient liquidity.
• Implement strategies to mitigate financial risks and maximize returns on investments.
• Team Leadership and Development:
• Supervise and mentor finance staff, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and capabilities of the finance team.
• Promote collaboration and teamwork across departments to achieve common financial goals.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: From 30,000.00 per month Benefits:
