Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Export Documentation:

• Prepare and review all export-related documents, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping instructions.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of export documentation to meet international customs and regulatory requirements.

Import Documentation:

• Manage import documentation, including bills of lading, customs declarations, and import permits.
• Liaise with customs authorities to ensure timely customs clearance and compliance.

Supplier and Customer Communication:

• Maintain effective communication with international suppliers and customers to track shipments, resolve issues, and provide updates on delivery schedules.
• Address queries and concerns related to export-import operations promptly.

Logistics Coordination:

• Coordinate with shipping and freight forwarding companies to schedule and monitor the transportation of goods.
• Optimize shipping routes and methods to minimize costs and transit times.

Customs CompliancesEnsure compliance with export and import regulations, including tariff classification, valuation, and trade compliance.Stay informed about changes in trade regulations and tariffs.Cost Management: Negotiate shipping rates, customs duties, and other trade-related costs to control expenses.Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.Work Location: South DelhiQualification - MBAIndustry - Electric Goods / Wire & Cable / Consumer Durables / similar IndustryWork Days - 6 (Only those who are willing to work 6 days a week should apply) Expertia AI Technologies
