Quality and Process Control (Plastic Industry)

Job Description

bJob Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure that products meet customer specifications and regulatory requirements
• Monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste
• Conduct regular inspections of products and raw materials to ensure quality standards are met
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality and work with production teams to implement corrective actions
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for quality control and production processes
• Train and supervise production operators on quality control procedures and production processes
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Develop and implement process control systems to optimize production output and minimize defects
• Work with R&D teams to develop new products and improve existing products

Job Requirements:

• Btech/BE/Diploma in Engineering or CIPET
• 1-2 years of experience in plastic manufacturing industry in quality control and process control roles
• Strong knowledge of plastic manufacturing processes and quality control systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Familiarity with quality control systems and standards
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards in manufacturing industry
• Experience in statistical process control and data analysis
• Experience in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
• Experience in process optimization, yield improvement, and waste reduction.

Job Type: Regular / Permanent Pay: 915,000.00 - 920,000.00 per month Schedule:

• Flexible shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Silvassa, Dadra and Nagar Haveli: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Plastic Industry: 1 year (Preferred)
