Proficiently manage and manipulate large datasets using advanced Excel functions and formulas. 2. Create and maintain complex spreadsheets, pivot tables, and macros to streamline data analysis processes. 3. Generate detailed reports and summaries for management by extracting and analysing relevant information from various data sources. 4. Collaborate with other departments to understand their data requirements and provide tailored solutions. 5. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity through regular audits and validation procedures. 6. Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues promptly, collaborating with IT when necessary. 7. Stay updated on the latest Excel features and industry best practices to optimize workflow efficiency. 9. Proven experience as a Computer Operator with a strong focus on advanced Excel functions. 9. In-depth knowledge of Excel formulas, pivot tables, VBA, and other advanced features. 10. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail. Skills Required: Knowledge of Advance MS Excel is must. Good typing speed and accuracy required. Basic computer knowledge. Ability to create and update documentation.
