And our global opportunities are endless for you to grow and get recognised for your passion to perform.Join a team of Financial Planning & Analysis to support finance decisions within PMT to create increased visibility into operational strategy and performance with the goal of driving speed, quality, and cost efficiency. You will play a part in supporting PMTs Strategic Plan, Annual Operating Plan and Estimate processes, as well as providing headcount reporting. You will also develop integrated revenue and expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations. You will create and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to ensure financial information has been recorded accurately. You will also identify trends and developments in competitive environments and present findings to senior management.Key Responsibilities

• Enhance and automate analytical frameworks for more efficient, relevant and timely reporting; drive continuous improvement in reporting and information sharing processes.
• Develop processes and systems to streamline multi-ERP weekly and monthly financial analysis.
• Support strategic business decisions through reoccurring and ad hoc financial analyses
• Manage the reporting of financial and operational performance metrics

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance. Extensive experience in performing similar roles.
• 10 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, Business Analyst, or other related field.

WE VALUE

• Masters degree in Finance or CPA is a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP
• Ability to present complex analysis with clarity.
• Good analytical skills.
• Ability to understand accounting and financial processes related to the business.
• Proficient oral and written English communication
