This group has a detailed knowledge of the firms processes, technology and solutions. This group can isolate roadblocks, obstacles and areas of improvement opportunities, and manage the operational health of the technology platform, inclusive of infrastructure, application and information security. Platform/Technology Operations is accountable for support of technology aligned primarily by the customers of Enterprise Information Technology and Enterprise Information Security, both internal and external. From the line of business and the CIO perspective - this function is a single point of contact for the operational health of their respective technology platforms. Platform/Technology Operations acts in a broker author model wherein they will broker services bi-directionally to and from Enterprise Platform Services, Enterprise Infrastructure, and Enterprise Information Security. This team will author services associated with application support, including direct vendor engagement during availability activities. This team will interact with the business at the CIO/CTO behest to ensure the business availability, reliability and operational health is managed to customer/business requirements.As an Application Systems Engineer in Enterprise Core Services platform, this role is responsible for risk and compliance execution across all our platforms, with primary accountability for TCP events focusing on access management, separation of duties, Identity and access management policy adherence.Key areas of accountability and responsibility include: -Focus on technology compliance program related to access management and make sure all identity and access management actions are executed in timely manner.Assist development and platform teams by acting as a subject matter expert in Identity and access domain. Perform solutions engineering for applications as required and escalate issues.Establish a certificatement management process wherein certificates are renewed prior to expiration and communicate the regular reports.Assist in policy exceptions process and find ways to enforce policies within the time frames.Owns successful execution of vulnerability and patching for production environments and establish a process that helps us stay current while making sure due testing has happened in the lower level environment.Assists in audits pertaining to platform management and production services.Produces monthly risk performance score card and shares if with senior executives to drive compliance.Identifies and implements process improvements in risk and compliance space pertaining to application footprint.Assists in creating a permit to operate center by providing compliance feedback.Required Qualifications10 years of application development and implementation experience7 years of IAM (Identity and Access Management) experience7 years of application production support experienceDesired QualificationsExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsA BS/BA degree or higherProject management experienceAbility to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with senior executive-level leadersAbility to operate effectively in a geographically dispersed organizationAbility to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environmentAbility to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team membersOutstanding problem solving and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic imperativesStrong relationship management skillsApplication production support experienceAbility to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goalsDisclaimerAll offers for employment with Wells Fargo are contingent upon the candidate having successfully completed a criminal background check.
