Trainee Implementation Consultant

• Were seeking a trainee Implementation Consultants to join our team and help our clients implement and optimize PPM (Project Portfolio Management) and EAP (Enterprise Agile Planning) Projects for their unique needs.Location: Tamil Nadu (Preferably Chennai)Responsibilities: As a trainee implementation consultant, you will go on 3-month training to equip with the essential skills and knowledge. You will be trained on OnePlan, Project Online, Altus and Zoho tools.• Consult with clients to understand their project management processes, identify pain points, and recommend PPM and EAP solutions.• Configure and customize to meet specific client requirements, including setting up tasks, workflows, permissions, rules, and integrations.• Develop custom modules, reports, and dashboards to enhance functionality and provide valuable insights for clients.• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during and after the implementation process.• Maintain clear and concise documentation of project configurations and client needs.• Collaborate with internal teams such as sales and support to ensure a seamless client experience.• Basic understanding of project management & agile methodologies. Qualifications: • Bachelors Degree in BE/ B.
