Job Description

    Job Responsibility:Qualification: BE / BTech or Graduate with minimum 2 years of IT DiplomaJob Responsibility of End User Support L2 Desktop Support Engineer:Supporting the desktop OS, troubleshooting, configuring and maintaining the same. Troubleshooting and repairing Printer &Plotter (Deskjet, LaserJet, DMP, DesignJet) and related issues Installing software on the client computers as and when required Maintaining records of all new machines installed, movement of machines within site, changes and configuration of machines Educating End users about dos and donts in desktop operations. Ensuring the compliance to software usage policy of the client Ltd which prevents any user from using the unauthorized, unlicensed software Coordinate for Quarterly preventive maintenance of all PC, Laptop, etc. which will be done by AMC vendor Diagnosing, verifying, recording and reporting downtime and providing immediate notification for all incidents Install/ Support/ Maintain/ Trouble shoot various Hardware. Provide Support for OS (Windows XP, 7, 8, 10, 11, MAC OS), M365 and standard Office Mobile support for Android and iOS devices and client software support Defining and resolving problem alerts. Tracking, diagnosing and correcting faults. Identifying recurring problems, reporting trends to management, and recommending solutions or correction procedures. To initiate escalation process if required to resolve the problem. Provide support for Mail clients and establish email connectivity. Providing support for problems regarding usage of software Diagnosing / Rectifying Virus attacks by using Anti-Virus Software Tools. User support/problem solving for various desktop applications. Providing feedback to the Customer on detection of new Virus. Providing support to users for Video conferencing / Audio Video meeting / Events / Projector. In case of Hard Disk failure, with the help of 3rd party Vendor should make all attempts possible to retrieve data and save it on safe media. Inventory and Asset Management.
