Job Description

    Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Ensure profitable revenue growth in the designated territory through effective implementation of Company Sales Strategy through the Distributors (Dbs)Preparing Distributor Business Plan Setting distributor wise, sector wise sales targets with the Db principals and their sales teamRobust reviewing with Db and sales team to provide direction, guidance to excel Coordinating with marketing on field activation, special interventions to improve market shareTraining of Sales team of M&M and DB sales personnel and Develop a team of competent Mahindra MSRs, DSRs Drive the organisation initiatives with execution excellenceImprove the territory coverage through mapping of Territory and identify the grey spaces and prepare a business case to appoint new distributors as per Market potential and requirementField visits to retailers and mechanics to promote Mahindra Genuine Spares, oil and other products Ensure compliance to norms and processes set by the organization and ensure the same being followed with each of the distributor Organising Field activities , storming campaigns, promotional meets etc. in the area of operation to drive the Secondary Sales and create pull for our Products.Identify and appoint Exclusive Retail Stores for Mahindra Genuine Spares in key markets, hand hold them, improve foot falls and monitor their performance Review Mahindra contract sales team on key parameters of mechanic connect, loyalty program effectiveness, training, market development, etc.Address problems/ complaints of Distributors by providing timely resolution.To work with Zonal Spares Manager, Area Office, Spares team in zone & Warehouse/ CFA to ensure goals and objectives set for Territory are met. Preferred Industries Engineering Auto / Auto Equipmen Automobile Auto Components Education Qualification MBA (prefered); Bachelor of Engineering General Experience 6-10 yearsExperience in planning and implementing sales strategiesExperience in channel development and distributionExperience in customer relationship managementExperience managing and directing a sales teamExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDedication to providing great customer serviceExcellent commercial acumen Critical Experience Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Power point)Data, Trend analysis & Forecasting skills Preferably SAP hands on experienceFunctional Competency- Sales Negotiation skills, Basic financial knowledgeLeadership Competency- Ability to drive to achieve target, team handlingCommunication Skills Excellent Written & Verbal communication skills - English, Hindi, Regional language must, Excellent Interpersonal skills System Generated Core Skills Communication Skills Interpersonal Skills Leadership Skills Microsoft Office Negotiation Teamwork Demand Management System Generated Secondary Skills ,
