Job Description

    The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for driving overall agency channel sales and profitability for a designated region.This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and business development to achieve company objectives. The incumbent will oversee a team of Area Sales Managers and ensure their performance aligns with the companys goals.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for the agency channel in alignment with the companys business objectives.
    • Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive threats.
    • Set sales targets and develop action plans to achieve them.
    Team Leadership:
    • Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of Area Sales Managers.
    • Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and support to the team.
    • Conduct performance reviews and set clear expectations.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
    Business Development:
    • Identify and develop key agency partnerships to expand market reach.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and initiatives.
    • Analyze sales data and identify trends to optimize sales performance.
    • Develop and implement incentive programs to motivate the sales team.
    Financial Management:
    • Monitor sales performance and profitability metrics.
    • Manage sales expenses within budget.
    • Prepare sales forecasts and budgets.
