• Sales & Business Development:Lead insurance sales efforts within the agency network, achieve sales targets, and continuously support agents to improve their performance.
• Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, offering training, guidance, and consistent support to ensure their success.
• Agent Recruitment & Development:Participate in recruiting new agents, manage their onboarding process, and support their development to strengthen and grow the agency network.
• Performance Monitoring:Track and assess agent performance, applying strategies to boost productivity and enhance sales outcomes.
• Compliance & Reporting:Ensure agents adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements, while maintaining accurate records of sales activities and performance data.
