JAGORI (AWAKEN, WOMEN) is a womens training, documentation, communication and resource centre that was established in 1984 with the aim of carrying feminist consciousness to a wider audience using creative media.We are looking for a Project Assistant who will support the team in its safe city initiative at Jharkhand. This is a full time position, based in Ranchi, Jharkhand.The project assistant will be expected to: Assist the team in organising outreach, training activities Maintain project files, activity calendar Support in documenting / reporting meeting minutes, events and training activities as and when required (including photographs, quotes) Assist in the knowledge management function of the project, which includes uploading information on websites and social media Provide timely administrative support as required Educational qualifications /Skills /Qualities: Should be a graduate Aware of and sensitive to development and womens issues Fluent in written and spoken Hindi and English Equipped with communication and documentation skills Able to work in a team, with good inter -personal skills Organised and able to work to timelines Committed to a minimum of two years of working with the organization Subject Line: Application for the post of Project Assistant (Jharkhand) Your application must contain the details of your current work profile, and current and expected salary.
