EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION : B.Tech/BE Mechanical Engineering.EXPERIENCE : 12-15 YEARS Design and develop metal/sheet fabrication processes and procedures for the manufacturing of components, structures, or systems. Identify and specify fabrication equipment, machinery, and tooling required for the manufacturing process. Evaluate equipment capabilities, capacities, and suitability for specific tasks. Identify potential risks and hazards associated with fabrication activities. Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize disruptions and ensure safety. Assist machine maintenance including regular scheduled service, routine checks, and both scheduled and emergency repairs. Job scheduling - The process of allocating system resources to many different tasks Develop and implement quality control measures and inspection procedures to ensure the integrity and accuracy of fabricated components. Knowledge of ERP and computer.
