Job Title: GM HR (Group HR) Reporting to: MD Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand Educational Qualification: MBA in HR/PG Diploma in Human Resource Management Experience: 12-14 plus years of experience in a Team Handling role Work Relations: xefx82xb7 Internal Interface: All employees, Consultants & Outsourced employees xefx82xb7 External Interface: External vendors Supervision: xefx82xb7 Direct Supervision: HR of the group xefx82xb7 Indirect Supervision: Job purpose: The position would be responsible for implementing and driving best HR practices for the group and ensuring that the HR system and processes are aligned with the overall goals of the group. Roles and Responsibilities: xefx82xb7 Responsible for comprehensive workforce planning and budgeting considering current and future business needs. xefx82xb7 Responsible for designing, developing and supporting group-wide talent management programs that cover performance management, talent development, coaching and HR Data Analytics. xefx82xb7 Ensure HR costs are within the defined budget for the group. xefx82xb7 Ensure optimum staffing levels are maintained at all the units under the group. xefx82xb7 Formulate and implement succession planning for high-potential employees and build a fast-track career progression plan. xefx82xb7 Ensure SMART KRA/KPIs are set for all the roles in the group. xefx82xb7 Ensure a competitive salary structure is in place for all positions and periodic competition salary benchmarking for all key positions. xefx82xb7 Develop and implement a retention strategy for the group. xefx82xb7 Interacts with employees to obtain feedback & suggestions to provide a conducive work environment that would help improve performance. xefx82xb7 Periodically review the resource allocation across the group in comparison with defined productivity benchmarks and make necessary corrections in staffing numbers. xefx82xb7 Ensure all the statutory compliances are in place in the group. xefx82xb7 Ensure adherence to the HR excellence matrix covering all aspects of HR in the group. xefx82xb7 Analyze the overall exit interview reports and initiate activities to reduce turnover and thus retain talent. Set up processes, connect and early warning systems to minimize critical attrition losses, innovative communication. xefx82xb7 Plan and execute key HR initiatives that will drive the culture building and sustain robust HR practices in the group. xefx82xb7 Develop and implement a common learning roadmap for the employees in the group. xefx82xb7 Drive learning & development and employee engagement initiatives in order to align employees to the group culture xefx82xb7 Build synergies within the teams for better communication and collaboration in the group.
