Job Description

Role Title: Channel Sales ManagerKey Responsibilities:
• This is an individual contributor role.
• Responsible for sourcing 3-in-1 accounts (a combination of savings/salary, trading, and demat accounts) within the assigned region by coordinating with the Bank team.
• Ensure the appropriate product is recommended and sold to the right customer, with customer needs and priorities always in focus.
• Provide product support and after-sales assistance to the Bank team for addressing customer queries and resolving escalations, if any.
• Ensure compliance with KYC guidelines by thoroughly verifying all KYC documents from customers.
