Job Description

The Service Engineer / Sr. Service Engineer will work under the guidance of the Head of Customer Support.His main activities would be: 1) Installation of software products at customers place2) Train the customers on the features of the Software3) Microscopic Sample Analysis - in-house and at the customers place4) Support function resolving customer queries offline as well as onsite5) Participating in new product development along with the development team, sales team, and customers.6) Coordination with the testing department of software development and enhancement.7) Increasing Support & and AMC revenue.Basic Knowledge.1) Domain Knowledge of Biotechnology/ Pharmaceutical2) Basic knowledge of Microscopic Analysis Skills: Graduate or Post Graduate with Bio-Technology /Pharmaceutical background.2) Basic skill of using microscopy and microscopic analysis would be added advantage3) Good Communication skill of English, Hindi and local language is required.
