Job Description

    Diploma Mechanical Engineer with Min. 6 Months to 1 Year of experience as QC Engineer. Do the incoming inspections of drawing parts using appropriate methods as per drawings or inspection parameters. Experience in Machinery/ Compressor Manufacturing.
    • Develop and implement quality control processes specific to hydraulic cylinders.
    • Conduct inspections and tests on materials, components, and finished products.
    • Analyze test data and prepare comprehensive reports.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement.
      • Directly engaged in measuring and testing product and tabulating data concerning materials; products; or process quality and reliability.
      • Report the quality issues along the production steps to the supervisor.
      • Directly engaged in ensuringthe quality products from the raw material until finished goods.
      • Decision making regarding the acceptance/rejection of non-conform products or raw material.
      • Communicating the sections head/s to improve the working process.
      • Issuance of complaint/claim regarding the raw material and follow up the issuance.
      • Ensuring the level of quality laboratory and having the up-to-date technical equipment and updated calibration system.
      • Hygienic and safety issues impose from quality management.
