Responsibilities: - To appoint Super Stockiest and Distributers across Gujarat - Excellent Knowledge in B2B Marketing - Good Knowledge in Lead Generation - Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls. - To coordinate with Sales Officer Managers across India - To Coordinate with Super Stockists Across India and with marketing on lead generation. - To Followup with the sales team and Super Stockiest and achieve sales target and Track sales goals and reporting results as necessary. - To followup with online inquiries of getting Distributors, Indiamart and other portals - Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products. - To solve Distributers issues and Build and promote strong, long-lasting relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs - To arrange and Coordinate with transporter for dispatch of goods - Must have a good network of Super Stockists Distributers across Gujarat (including Saurashtra Kutch). Requirements: - Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets - Must be experienced in Reputed Snack Food Manufacturer (i.e. Balaji, Avadh, Vadalia etc etc.) - Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies. - Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close - Strong industry expertise - Build Relationships, Meeting Sales Goals, Negotiation, Sell to Customer Needs, Market Knowledge, Develop Budgets, Presentation skills, Analyzing sales data - Fluent Communication Convincing Skill
