Job Overview:We are seeking a dynamic HR and Office Administration Specialist who will manage human resources functions while also overseeing office operations and documentation. This role requires a versatile professional capable of handling diverse responsibilities to ensure smooth functioning of the organization.Responsibilities:HR Management:- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the companys objectives.- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing.- Support employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.- Oversee performance management systems to drive high performance and employee engagement.- Maintain and administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.- Conduct training needs assessments and coordinate training programs as necessary.- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.Office Administration:- Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.- Supervise administrative staff and delegate responsibilities to ensure tasks are completed promptly.- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to support daily operations.- Handle scheduling, appointments, and travel arrangements for management.- Assist with budgeting and financial record-keeping procedures.- Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals as needed.- Serve as the point of contact for vendors, suppliers, and service providers.Documentation and Communication:- Plan, develop, and maintain operational procedures, manuals, and documentation.- Produce clear and concise documentation that supports operational processes and procedures.- Update and revise technical documentation to ensure accuracy and clarity.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather information and ensure documentation meets organizational standards.- Maintain a comprehensive library of technical terminology and documentation resources.Requirements:- Proven experience in HR management, office administration, and documentation specialist roles.- Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and employee relations.- Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software.- Attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.Preferred Qualifications:- Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.- Additional training or certification in office management or technical writing would be advantageous.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship Contract length: 3 monthsPay: 10,000.00 - 20,000.00 per monthSchedule:• Day shiftEducation:• Masters (Preferred)Experience:• Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)• total work: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: In person
