This position is responsible for To Identify the Potential AP & Telgana Bakery Markets & Identify relevant Industry Networking as per the requirement Identify Appoint -Drive and Manage Bakery Fats Distributors all across Kerala To ensure execution of sales process and increase sales volume & profitability by increasing Bakery Outlets. To work on converting top key accounts in Bakery industry for sustainable volumes Team Management- Build and Drive Fats business by Motivating and guiding team in line with company goals and objective Forecasting, planning and driving execution through Data analysis and updating on Bakery trends Responsible for P n L of Entire AP & Telgana Business Ensuring Effective Marketing Strategies and counter Strategies MIS Management on internal and external environmentPrincipal AccountabilitiesDistribution & Key account Management: Responsible for Driving Growth by Converting Key accounts in AP & Telgana Bakery Industry (Top 50 Bakerys) Identify Top 50 Bakery Chains and create commercial connection with them Conduct the conversion process by in involving technical team by demonstrating the product Bind them with Marketing Activities for long term volume growth Responsible for setting up suitable Bakery Distributors and Team for Achieving sales Targets Identify Top 10 Strategic Distribution points and work towards the commercial aspects Encourage Distributors and brand promotion by creating sales drives Identify team and set clear targets to drive growth by achieving numbers Expansion & Market Penetration: 20% Exploring New Territories within AP & Telagana and focus on key pocket for volume and profitability Explore and identify new territories and launch product accordingly All High potential territories to be aligned with the company business goals on priority Driving volumes and Profitability at the same time by including Concept sellingMarket Scanning & Analyzing: 15% Responsible for Market Data gathering and analyzing on regular bases Gather complete day to day competition activities Analyze the Sales data of the competition to review our market share Keep a complete track of competition activities and create counter strategy Propose and Execute all Marketing strategies as per the annual SMAG and as per the market requirements Propose innovative Marketing concepts for Brand building in line with annual SMAG Execute all the accepted concepts and quantify the volumes with suitable suggestions Planning & Execution of Volume & P n L:20% Responsible for Driving Annual - Volume / Revenue / SFA / P n L in Bakery Fats in AP & Telangana Plan , Present and guide clear Annual Targets to the team and drive them to achieve the same Pricing and Accountability is the sole responsibility of ASM Drive Teams to deliver sustainable sales volume and profitability Responsible for IBP Numbers and drive stocks requirement to Kerala Forecasting and Budgeting Stocks is key drive in the given profile Driving SCM to adhere to the committed stocks position Liquidating the stocks in stipulated time frame Team Management:25% Responsible for Review of Daily / Weekly / Monthly of the reporting team and taking corrective actions as and when required Directly supervises the day-to-day operations and executes talent management programs to attract, train and develop top sales professionals and to ensure optimum level of workforce engagement. Identify and drive High energetic and knowledgeable team towards business goals Review and guide them on weekly bases 100% compliance with SFA Module to enhance team efficiency, *Education, Experience, SkillsRequired Qualifications: Graduation in any field Working experience minimum of 7 to 10 Yrs and above Planning & Network management Preferred Qualifications: Graduation and above with suitable experience Minimum of 7-10 yrs of experience in Food industry ( Sauces, Chocolates, Non- Dairy Whipping cream, Premium Fats, Bakery functional ingredients ) Local language of Telugu is must. Other relevant information to the position Above 80% of traveling into Other Sub- markets for market penetration Two wheeler / Four wheeler is must with valid driving licence This role will lead to handle much larger territory and lead to take higher roles and responsibility in future This role requires working over time if required
