Job Description

Rostering of faculties, resource utilization (Classroom & Faculty),
Batch formation & batch launch
Ensuring student Attendance, collection, student satisfaction, certification.
Course ware distribution, ensuring staff & students grooming
Ensuring staff & student discipline
Coordination with all departments
Organize annual UDAAN activity with students.
Ensure excellent quality of Training Delivery
Controlling slippage, dropouts & leakage

Coordinating with the HO Team for placement drives.
Maintain students placement record.
Coordinating for collecting offer letters, videos and testimonials, undertaking of the students for NSDC verification.
Contacting Corporate for the placements.
Verifying the student placement data after calling done by the centers and call centre team.
Arrange placement drives on the centers.
Coordinating with the HO for Amadeus exams and student engagement activities.
Collect feedback from the company after the interview.
To council the candidates before and after the interview.
