• Recruit, lead, and manage a team of financial advisors and agents.
• Supervise their performance from beginning to end, conducting regular check-ins to ensure progress.
• Train the team on effectively using our app to better serve customers.
• Drive productivity, with a particular focus on renewals, and keep the team motivated and on track.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets set by the company.
• Adhere to company policies, ensuring full compliance at all times.
• Uphold high standards in all business practices.
• Explore and implement new strategies to expand customer outreach and boost sales within your region.
• Oversee the sale of motor, life, and health insurance, as well as loans, credit cards, NPS, and any new products introduced by the company.
