• Train them on how to use our app to best assist their customers.
• Boost their productivity, focusing on renewals and keeping them focused.
• Meet the targets set by the company each month, quarter, and year.
• Follow company policies and ensure full compliance.
• Maintain high standards in all business practices.
• Find and apply new ways to reach more customers and increase sales in your area.
• Handle the sale of motor, life, and health insurance, along with loans, credit cards, NPS, and other new products offered by the company.
