Job Type: Full-timeKey Responsibilities:
1. Supervision and Leadership:
   • Supervise and lead a team of packing staff.
   • Train, mentor, and develop packing team members.
   • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.
2. Operational Management:
   • Plan and organize daily packing operations to meet production and shipping schedules.
   • Ensure that packing processes comply with company standards and customer specifications.
   • Monitor and maintain packing equipment, reporting any issues for repair or replacement.
3. Quality Control:
   • Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure products are packed to specification.
   • Conduct regular inspections and audits of packed goods to maintain quality standards.
   • Address any quality issues promptly and effectively.
4. Safety and Compliance:
   • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the packing area.
   • Conduct safety training and enforce safe work practices.
   • Maintain a clean and organized packing area.
5. Inventory Management:
   • Monitor packing materials inventory and coordinate with procurement for replenishments.
   • Ensure accurate record-keeping of packed products and materials used.
   • Conduct periodic inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
