Job descriptionRoles and Responsibilities
• Perform breakdown maintenance, corrective maintenance, preventative maintenance, and predictive maintenance on mechanical equipment to ensure optimal plant operations.
• Troubleshoot issues with machinery and implement solutions to minimize downtime.
• Develop and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including schedules, reports, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with other teams to identify areas for improvement in plant maintenance processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during all aspects of maintenance work.
Desired Candidate Profile
• 10-20 years experience in cement plant maintenance or a related field (mechanical engineering background preferred).
• B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical or Production/Industrial ; Diploma in Mechanical or Production/Industrial discipline an advantage from a recognized institution.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems efficiency, machine maintenance principles, record keeping practices, maintenance planning methodologies.
