• The Cluster Manager will be responsible for managing a team of 8-10 Sales Managers within the Agency Channel.
• These Sales Managers will recruit Life Insurance Advisors from their personal and professional networks.
• They will also conduct comprehensive training sessions for their teams, adhering to industry standards and with support from the training departments of their respective life insurance companies to enhance proficiency in selling Life Insurance products.
• The Cluster Manager will oversee and coordinate the daily activities, planning, and execution of the Agency team.
