*Responsible for working with Agile Product Managers and other stakeholders to define Stories and prioritize the Team Backlog to streamline the execution of program priorities while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of the Features or components for the team.Collaborates with business management to identify short and long-term business priorities. Heavily involved in program backlog refinement, preparation for Program Increment planning, and participation in planning events.Defines and drives iteration goals and iteration content via prioritized stories; Build, edit, and maintain the Team Backlog of user stories, defects, and enablers; Primary responsibility for maintaining the flow of just-in-time story elaboration.Practices Lean/Agile leadership; contributes to vision and Program backlog; owns team backlog and implementation.Accept user stories as done, including validation the story meets acceptance criteria, has appropriate acceptance tests, and complies with the Definition of Done (DoD).Understand the scope of enabler work and collaborate with System and Solution Architect/Engineering to assist decisions and sequencing of technological infrastructures.Understands Feature planning and prioritization for capabilities; Primary source for story detail and priorities in Iteration Planning, establishes story acceptance criteria; accepts stories into the baseline; Applies Behavior Driven Development (BDD) to guide development, decrease rework, and increase flow.Review and accept stories in the Team demo, participate in the Iteration Retrospective and the Inspect & Adapt workshop.Applies different approaches to convince others to change their opinion or plan, and wins support from others for ideas; able to build support with peers without direct lines of reporting across a matrix organization., *SkillsLean Agile and SAFe Mindset - Advocates for and leads others in the concepts of the Agile Manifesto and Lean thinking in support of adopting and applying the 9 SAFe principles and practices for the organization.Agile Systems Thinking - Embraces a holistic approach to analysis that focuses on the way that a systems constituent parts interrelate and how systems work over time and within the context of larger systems to ensure the economic success of the solution. Lean Portfolio Management, budgets, and Economic Framework - Applies Lean and systems thinking approaches in support of strategy, investment funding, Agile portfolio operations, and governance; evaluates working systems; manages Epic investments and dynamic budget adjustments to minimize overhead through funding and empowering Value Streams while maintaining financial and fit-for-use governance to minimize overhead; assesses and supports decision rules that align to the financial objectives of the Solution to guide the economic decision-making process.Program Backlog Management and User Story Elaboration - Identifies, refines, prioritizes, and sequences backlog items using Weighted Shortest Job First (WSJF) to ensure the economic success of the solution; determines the details of a product feature to ensure that any unanswered questions about it are answered so that development can proceed.Building High Performance Teams - Identifies and applies critical skills and Lean-Agile principles and practices in the creation of high-performing Agile teams to construct high-quality, well designed technical solutions.Planning and Managing Ceremonies - Plans, schedules, and leads ceremonies that create a cadence for the team to maximize productivity, promote collaboration, maintain transparency, and inspect and adapt so the team can continuously learn and improve.Business insight - Applying knowledge of business and the marketplace to advance the organization s goals.Customer focus - Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.Balances stakeholders - Anticipating and balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders.Global perspective - Taking a broad view when approaching issues, using a global lens.Manages conflict - Handling conflict situations effectively, with a minimum of noise.Communicates effectively - Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.Education, Licenses, CertificationsCollege, university, or equivalent Bachelors degree in business or relevant technology-related program is required.SAFe Product Owner/Agile Product Manager (POPM) certification highly preferred.This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.ExperienceBusiness knowledge with knowledge and practical experience of the Lean methodology, principles and tools are preferred.Experience working in an Agile environment is preferred.Provide support for ITO Business applications by working closely with respective application support team to deliver the requirements as per business priorities.Responsible for FIMS enhancements, technology upgrades and production support.Needs to ensure that compliance requirements are met in a timely manner and engineering efficiency is not getting impacted adversely.Works closely with senior functional leaders for achieving the functional KPIs by providing IT tools, optimizing business processes.Develop and coach team members.Vendor Management - To ensure that production support, deployments are delivered as per business timelines.Fulfills the ITGC requirements and need to have knowledge of SOX compliance.
