Job Description

    Job Opportunity: International Blended (Inbound/Email) Tech Mahindra Ltd, PunePosition: International Blended Customer Support (Inbound/Email)Location: Tech Mahindra, Hinjewadi Phase 3, Pune (Cab facility provided)Contact:

    Role & Responsibilities:
    • Customer Support: Resolve billing issues through inbound calls and emails, providing clear and accurate information.
    • Service Management: Handle international inbound customer calls, delivering exceptional service and resolving inquiries effectively.
    • Active Listening: Address customer needs, concerns, and feedback with appropriate responses.
    • Documentation: Accurately record customer interactions and update records in the CRM system.
    • Collaboration: Work with team members and other departments to address complex issues.
    Experience Requirements:Profile 1:
    • Minimum of 12 months international voice experience in billing.
    • Understanding of billing processes including recurring bills, billing cycle changes, due dates, prorated charges, auto-pay, surcharges, service charges, and taxes.
    • Proven experience in resolving billing-related customer issues.
    • Excellent communication skills and clarity in thought.
    • Ability to handle challenging customer situations and make quick decisions independently.
    • Willingness to work in a US time zone environment (rotational shifts, 5 days a week).
    • Customer-centric approach with logical thinking and spontaneity.
    • Commitment to providing timely and professional responses.
    Profile 2:
    • Minimum of 6 months international voice experience in billing.
    • Understanding of billing processes similar to Profile 1.
    • Experience in resolving customer issues related to billing.
    • Strong communication skills and clarity in thought.
    • Ability to manage difficult customer interactions and make fast decisions.
    • Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment (rotational shifts, 5 days a week).
    • Customer-centric with logical thinking and the ability to respond spontaneously.
    • Ensuring timely and professional responses to all queries.
