Job Description

Any U.G qualification who wanted to kick starttheir growth in Management profile.Candidate willing to take the entire organization on their own within a year or so, if their performance is really meeting our expectations.

  • Build on relationships with existing trust supporters.
  • Contribute new ideas for fundraising and identify suitable funding initiatives, calls for proposals etc.
  • Objectively review the success and achievements against agreed targets, identifying strengths, weaknesses and areas for development.
  • Maintain organised hard and soft files of all fundraising information.
  • Participate in the day to day work of the organisation – such as reporting, attending team and Board meetings as required, and taking a flexible approach to general administrative and support tasks.
  • Participate in staff appraisals and appropriate training for the role
  • Bringing new methodologies, strategies and ideas to the company.
  • Going on the field and meeting the clients
  • Promoting company by supporting and engaging in various marketing activities.
  • Giving more priority to long term goals of the organization.
