Qualification: MBBS & Certification in Industrial HealthJob Profile :1. Checking of medical and health-related details2. Signatures on medical examination reports of plant personnel and contract workers3. Signatures on form 32 and other documents as required by DISH4. First Aid basic training to employees including CPR ( Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation) through Mannequin ( Doll)5. Counselling to employees after medical examination6. Training to plant employees as well as male nurses7. Inspection of First Aid Boxes of the plant and Ambulance as per the checklist8. Hygiene audit of canteen9. Check all the audit related documents10. Suggest OHC related improvements to Head HSSE11. Internal audit of all OHC related documents12. Update / amend OHC related documents13. Auditee for OHC related system for external IMS audit14. Attend site safety committee meeting once in a quarter15. Compliance of all OHC related statutory requirements16. Co-ordination with nearby hospitals in case of an emergency
