    Urgent Hiring For Sales Head/ Salas Manager in Pune (Infrastructure / Construction Company)Total Experience - 7yrs - 12yrs.Salary CTC- 6lpa to 9lpa (depends on interview.)Looking for immediate joinersRoles and Responsibilities:Reporting to the Regional Area Sales Head you will be responsible forAchieving Sales Targets & Budgeting of the Regional Office including Branches attached to it.Coordinating with Head Office & Works for operations related issues on day to day basis.Regular meetings with key clients for Generation of Business with the help of Annual Rate Contracts, Standardization of products, Relationship maintenance, Complaint handling & resolutions.Site visits along with Live Demos to make the client understand the need of our products and their usage.Managing the Developers across the region along with generating new Client within the territory.Managing the payments with the help of Collection Executive from Builders / DevelopersRegular review of team on the set parameters. To have monthly meeting at RO levelDeciding strategies to enhance the sales, new product to be introduced,Price revisions & Schemes on the existing product rangeMarketing roles may include planning, budgeting and coordinating open houses or other initiatives to develop new leads and increase sales for the office. Sales managers may perform administrative duties and issue supplies or equipment when needed. Occasionally they attend association meetings to receive the latest information on housing regulations and legislation that affects the industry.
    • Increase In Overall Productivity And Brand Image Of Company Identifying Sales Opportunities.
    • Pro- Actively Looks Out For New Customers, And Seeks Enquiries For New Customer Development.
    • Closing Business Deals Managing Customer Relationships, Ensuring Sales Growth Explaining The Quotation To The Customer And Negotiate And Close Deals.
    • Meeting Monthly Sales Targets Lead Generation For Industrial Estate, Small Residential Projects, Luxury Projects Through Field Marketing.
    • Follow Up With Client To Achieve Sales Target. Candidates Should Have Good Marketing And Construction Knowledge.
    • Good Connections/Network Within Developer, Architecture And Interior Designer Organizations Which Undertakes Luxury Residential Projects.
