* Duties and Responsibilities - Campaign Designing: Responsible for engaging with Sales team to create data enrichment & validation framework @POS Responsible for developing various ways to leverage technology to stimulate customer for another transaction at point of first transaction Responsible for engaging with other ARU teams to identify opportunities and create digital solutions to improve targeting efficiencies Responsible for enhancing tracking & retargeting capabilities for ARU activities Will lead the partner (LCF,LSF,ECOM & REMI) stimulation capability to support market solicitation of offers from partners Responsible for all technology & digital build BRDs for ARU requirements Ensure timely communication to stakeholders on project deliverables Coordination and management of PMO processes and functions Development and Maintenance of project Management Policies and Procedures 4. MAJOR CHALLENGES (Challenges faced on an on-going basis in carrying out the job) WORKING WITH PMG AND IDENTIFY CORRECT SET OF CUSTOMERS FOR CAMPAIGN Alignment with business team and executes offer and campaign basis business requirement 5. DIMENSIONS (Key numerical data which will reflect the scope and scale of activities concerning this job) Financial & Other Dimensions (These should be quantifiable numerical amounts) Reporting on time Minimum glitch or defaults in campaigns designed Execution within TAT , * a) Qualifications Post Graduation MBA b) Work Experience Total Experience: 2 3 years Relevant Experience: 2 4 years Should have excellent understanding and prior experience in SQL, UNICA, other campaign management tools Prior experience in the Financial Services / Credit card Industry will be an added advantage. Should have proven track record in Campaign management Should have excellent communication & technical (IBM UNICA) skills along with strong presentation skills. High motivational levels and being a self-starter are essentials Design, develop and execute complex rules using UNICA Campaign.
