* Duties and Responsibilities - Manage the development of data models and algorithms to help understand customer data better Manage the development of technological solutions to customer analytics available to COE, product teams Drive key customer acquisition and retention strategies using data modeling Support campaign management team with comprehensive insights around traffic flow and customer engagement to optimize channel performance Develop different recommendation engine To engage with business on analytics requirement mainly wrt policy enhancements/changes, champion challenger testing, campaign/offer strategy and execution. To have exposure to different analytical tools like decision trees, scorecard development etc. Expertise in Tableau will be added advantage Have exposure to SAS/Pyhton/R To engage with partner analytics team on marketing / risk analytics. Rigorous updates to business team through canned MIS. Modeling for root-cause analysis as well as for What-If scenarios. Understanding the root cause and suggest alternatives. , * Education qualification: MBA Finance/Stats graduates. Experience: Min 4 6 years Analytics/ Statistics/ Model building experience. Relevant, sizeable experience in analytics (using tools like SQL, EDW, SAS, etc). Familiarity with small and large ticket business support will be a clear advantage. Meticulousness for driving rigor in MIS reporting. Presentation skills. Knowledge of term loans operating environment will be an added advantage Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and towards deadlines
