Job Description

    * Duties and Responsibilities - PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (Accountabilities associated with the job) 1. Product Management Work on building fintech products for EMI Card PMG team End to end ownership of EMI Card POD 3In1 Super App (EMI Card Module) & other capabilities Manage entire product stack & product backlog for EMI Card PMG team Own customer journey initiatives for superior customer experience through UI/UX Own & drive TechOps KPIs for EMI Card POD 3In1 Super App (EMI Card Module) Be the product owner create actionable user stories & manage through the process Support business / sales team by managing uptime of systems / processes Own the product from service and operations standpoint 2. Stakeholder Management Lead cross functional teams for smooth functioning of systems / processes Liaise with internal / external stakeholders marketing IT Ops Risk Customer Service Customer Experience Legal Compliance etc. 3. People Management Develop new technical skillset across team members to enable new product / feature development & personal growth Maintain 0% attrition in the team MAJOR CHALLENGES (Challenges faced on an on-going basis in carrying out the job) - Internal stakeholder management to ensure capability delivery within timelines 5. DECISIONS (Key decisions taken by job holder at his/her end) - All development & prioritization of the system capabilities 6.
