* Duties and Responsibilities - Be a part of product program discussion and get sign-off of new product or capability launch/ process change/ Charges introduction and would be responsible for creation of SOP s training documents FAQ s & propose communication for customer journeys. Customer behavior tracking through clickstream & data analytics Adhere on Governance framework ensure successful launch of the product liaising with various stakeholders to resolve complaints raised by customer pertaining to product. Monitor KPI s & control Chart Targets agreed and queries & complaints Post New Launch & ongoing Communication & channel wise audit. Publish Monthly Audit Reports Work with cross functional teams to analyse key issues basis Top queries KPI s and control charts adherence gaps vs. Common minimum Practices and should identify the KPI s with journey maps Including TAT recons control charts error % etc. Regular communication of Governance activities templatized the communication to pre-defined stakeholders. Weekly Fortnightly & Monthly review of the KPI s & control charts with stakeholders & Customer Advisory Council Review & Enhance new launch governance Audit communications across all channels & publish recon reports. Should identify key performance indicators included with journey maps. Include following: TAT Recons Control charts error % etc , * 3-5 years total experience, preferably some in customer service role or operations Own responsibility of his/her work and adhere to timelines to complete same Excellent verbal and written communication skills Good analytical skills, MS office power point presentation & excel Supervise day-to-day activities, maintain accurate MIS s and publish with related stake holders, create KPI s, process charts, control charts. Good understanding of management practices and techniques.
