Job Description

    * Duties and Responsibilities - Building and enhancing strong rewards campaign using existing platform capabilities Ensuring effective campaign creation and execution and supporting business and product team to deliver their KRAs (Acquisition and Engagement) Responsible for managing inbound (App/Web) and outbound (Notification and alerts within app) channels of rewards propagation and fulfilment of rewards propositions Ensuring robust reporting and dashboard management for rewards campaign efficiency reporting. Responsible for faster TAT from campaign conceptualisation to execution. Custodian of effectiveness of rewards proposition at a cost-effective manner. Ensuring complete collaboration with business team for identifying opportunities for rewards as leverage and creating innovative offer construct involving rewards for delivery of business objectives. Ensuring all Pre-Go-live checks for all new campaign setup with business and cross function team for readiness. Creation and Checking of rewards and incentivisation campaigns on web and app. Responsible for campaign reporting and dashboard management. Responsible for building segmentation logic for targeting right customer with right set of rewards. Responsible for setting up rule-based rewards campaign on rewards platform along with his/her team. Ensuring constant updates on Rewards and Offer section (Banners/ URLs/ deep links/ Content and PWA updates) on 3in1 app for all Rewards related offer in coordination with respective business team. Ensuring all event-based triggers for rewards earn burn and service alerts are properly configured along with rewards product team. Project Coordination Share learnings and findings of campaign with Rewards product team to make platform more robust. Mitigation of fraud risks for any campaign with close coordination with rewards product team and business teams. Active role in UAT CUG other testing rounds before Go-live. Program management Managing rewards campaign requirements from various business campaign setup and campaign deployment. Post campaign analysis and reporting for business. Reporting Org level rewards program and P&L and performance KPIs. , * Required Qualifications and Experience MBA/Post Graduate Degree 4-6 years experience in BFSI or retail, Preferably should have done grounds up work in building and delivering Rewards program related campaign Deep understanding of inbound and outbound channels in consumer engagement. (App and web) and (Email/SMS/ Push notification) Understanding of App push Notification workflows, customer segment building, in-app analytics (Events and clickstreams) is necessary. Knowledge of SQL queries will be an advantage. Experience in running and executing campaign for rewards platform. Must understand rule based logic building (Operators and Operands) for campaign setup in rewards platforms. Technology orientation and attitude to challenge status-quo. High degree of passion and self-belief. Collaborative work style to engage with peers & colleagues in other functions across the company. Exceptionally high motivational levels and a self-starter.
