Job Description

Position- TL Accounts & FinanceExperience: 5 yrs from manufacturing industry onlyQualification: CA/ CMA /ICWA qualifiedLocation: Bhosari, PuneJob description :Core Responsibilities Overlooking and Review of Day to Day functioning of the Accounts Department. Responsible for All Financial & Administrative Statutory Compliance- Direct Taxation, Indirect Taxation & Various Labor laws Monthly submission of P&L and Balance sheet Monthly submission of Fund Flow Statement Compliance under FEMA & RBI regulations towards EXIM operations of the company. Lead the accounting team on Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, Inventory/Stock Submission. Personally Responsible for Statutory audits , Tax audits and Cost Audit of the unit and work with IT/Tax consultant to support as required Preparation of Company Subsidiary Balance sheet and Profit and loss finalisations. Responsible for management and renewal of Working Capital of the unit. To assist in the smooth running of the team, maintain an effective system for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide performance feedback on the team. Ensure proper document retention and control at all levelsMandatory Requirement-ONLY Qualified CA / ICWAwith Minimum 5 years experience in similar field *Prior maximum experience of working in Manufacturing company with turn over > 100 crores only *High level of knowledge in TALLY , Exposure to SAP (B1) will be preferred and proficient in Microsoft office applications Knowledge of company laws required and mandatory * .Hands on Work experience in GST , TDS Compliances , Returns and Statutory Audits Good use and experience of written and spoken English * >5 years Working experience of Leading a team should have led AC team *
