We are seeking innovative and passionate Technical Writer who can produce excellent technical content. The ideal candidate should have expertise around technical writing into the Dynamics ERP platform / ProductsEssential Duties and Responsibilities :Should able to understand and transform the business requirements in use cases and should able to work more collaboratively with Product Owners, SMEs, and the team. Should able to establish a schedule for applying regular updates to all documentation as new features are released Writes, edits and proofs hardcopy and online documents Creates reference document for Software product installation and how stuff works for the said product. Provide technical suggestions for the complete and precise documentation deliverables Define workflows across various ERP / Ecommerce product line Coordinate with peer writers, product owners to complete the review process on the document deliverables. Qualifications:Any Graduation/ Any Post Graduation (Preference to Computer Science Background with relevant experience) Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Understanding of technical concepts and customer requirements, and the ability to translate the information into quality documentation. Knowledgeable about documentation processes and tools. Knowledge of ERP domain / Ecom domain Strong organizational skills, with experience managing and executing projects. Comfortable working independently Should possess the leadership skills and shall take the end to end accountability of the assigned tasks Having business knowledge of Taxation domain will be an added advantage,
