Cloud - AWS/Azure- The Program Manager role is responsible for managing a Program by managing technical portfolios including operations and business domain, having hand on exposure in AWS/Azure cloud. One who can take lead and dwell into end to end solution designing on AWS/Azure and also assist the team on all technical aspects of solution implementation.- This role will have Leader of Leaders responsibilities and can also have the HR leadership responsibilities for the team members of the project/s or Scrum Team/s.Program Management :Technical Solution and Delivery : - Leading application migration projects, including optimizing the technical reliability and improving application performance- Prepare cloud guidance, standards, requirements, design, and ensure that the end product is aligned to the cloud strategy and overall enterprise architecture standards- Hands-on experience designing, building, maintaining, and securing cloud micro services, IaaS and PaaS solutions for highly available business critical cloud- based systems- Collaborate with solution teams on design and integration efforts- Study existing technology landscape and understand current application workloads- Define Target Solution or Architecture and Operational Models as needed- Analyze legacy systems and provide Target and Transition solutions in compliance with Enterprise Architecture and reference models- Participate and advance automation efforts across the Enterprise- Strong understanding of the entire MS Azure product and services suite of products and their applicable use cases, best practices and implementation, and support considerations.- Conduct one-to-few and one-to-many training sessions to transfer knowledge to team members on AWS/Azure.- Experience in defining new solutions and ability to drive project from architecture standpoint- Enable Architecture, Design and Deploy High-Performance computing solution using technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes and Singularity- Knowledge of Salesforce is added advantage.Resource Management : - Human Capital Plan - Identification of required skills for the program based on BU strategy, forecasting the resource needs- Identify hiring and training needs, plan & drive trainings for team- Handling appraisal and feedback for the team- Vendor Management and Remote Delivery Management based on program needsRisk Management : - Ensure appropriate risk management processes and controls with respect to compliance with company standards and Indian Cyber Security Act- Business continuity plans with respect to processes and peopleCost Management :- Forecast and budget adherence- Unit Cost and Staff Welfare managementPeople Management :- Conduct appraisals and build development plans for team members- Mentor team members to build application/system expertise in the relevant domains- Ensure the operational stability for the team and provide inputs to Sr Delivery Manager/Program Manager for resource continuity and backup planning,
