Responsibilities: Works closely with clients, developers, system administrators, project managers, business analysts and end users to build a state-of-the-art Digital Platform using Adobes Digital Marketing Product Suite. Lead code reviews and knowledge transfer sessions Design efficient content models, security models, workflows and templates. Develop AEM templates and components leveraging current AEM software releases. Employ strong coding standards for efficiency, readability, and reuse. Drive independently a project from inception to production deployment with a strong focus on performance and robustness Follow our software development process including writing unit tests, perform code reviews etc. Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies Work effectively with cross-functional teams to develop features Provide support for production deployments and maintenance Demonstrate ability to deliver results on time with high qualitySills: 2-3 years experience of backend development required Design, develop and support AEM components, integrations and applications Experience working in Adobe AEM (AEM 6.2 and later required; AEM 6.5 is a plus) Experience with HTML 5, CSS 3, JavaScript, AJAX, and Sightly Experience with OSGI Bundles Experience with Mobile and Responsive Design/Development Experience with AEM best practices, design and build standards Experience working with geographically separate project teams Experience with secure coding practices Experience with browser compatibility, accessibility and performance standards Superior problem solving, organizational, decision-making, written, oral and interpersonal skills.,
