Job Description

    Responsibilities:1. To lead the assigned Sales Team of the company.2. To ensure that each & every team member succeeds in achieving their target.3. Ensure the teams daily reporting.4. To review the performance of each member on a weekly / fortnightly / monthly basis & if some of the members are lagging behind inachieving their target, to take immediate remedial measures.5. Attend meetings with company clients at the site & at clients places, wherever necessary & to satisfy them for long-term association with thecompany. Also to make sure that every team member should do OBM.6. Doing feedback calls of visited clients & Calling to drop out clients. Making confirmation call to clients who have confirmed to visit site.7. Preparation & sharing weekly report to your reporting manager and to individual team member for their performance report .8. Ensure updating payment status of client for every booking.9. Ensure every live lead should get connected by team.10.Doing follow up calls in the absence of any team member.11. Stand up meeting of 10 to 15 minutes every day with team.12. Connecting Developers for new project association13. Remaining updated with the latest market knowledge for upcoming projects.Requirements: Minimum Qualification- Masterss Degree in Business 4-5 years of experience Comfortable and adaptable to a dynamic, fast-paced environment and changing requirements. Ability to flourish with minimal guidance. Excellent negotiation and convincing skills. Must be an influencer. Proficient in English Candidate should be mandatory from real estate sales background
