Manage a Regional Team of Supplier Quality Engineers, reporting to global Supplier Quality Director
Responsible for Supplier Quality Performance for Regional and Global Business (PPM, Quality Incidents due to Vendor, NCM)
Define and drive initiatives aiming to improve supplier quality performance in the region
Owns the MOS to drive quality issue resolutions, ensuring ICA, RCA and PCA are implemented in timely and effective manner
Lead task force in case of Customer Incidents due to Vendor or quality crisis at supplier impacting deliveries, preparing proper documentation to support communication with final customer
Actively ensure deployment of lessons learnt and best practices at supplier, including horizontal deployment of corrective and preventive action to all suppliers
Define specific Improvement plan for top offender suppliers and ensure execution
Take decisions on CSL management in accordance to Honeywell Procedures
Ensure rapid problem solving to secure deliveries of components from supplier in compliance to Honeywell specifications
Support definition and deployment of initiatives to reduce scrap at supplier
Drive Supplier Process Audits and manage continuous improvement activities
Coach and contribute to development of Supplier Quality Engineers
Driving compliance to regulatory, customer and industry quality requirements through continual improvement and the use of Six Sigma, Honeywell Operating System and Manufacturing Process Control tools and methods.
Support Regional AOP/Strap /MRR processes
Monitor supplier performance metrics and deploys improvement plans accordingly
